Good condition - Shiny rich blue material with lush white and zingy yellow features. Embossed felt sponsor has become fuzzy with lint. The badge is embroidered. 2x Pl sleeve sleeve patches have been removed but left residual glue and remnants of the felt patch on the left sleeve. There are catches all over entire shirt. There are two 6cm thread-pulls in the midriff. There are also a few small marks on the reverse. Collar has very good colour and shape. Good condition overall.
The Chelsea 1997-99 Home Shirt as worn by players such as Gullit, Poyet, Hughes and Zola as the team finished 4th in the Premiership and won both the League Cup and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup.
